New Year’s Community Walk

Location: Pocahontas State Park. (Google Maps)
Registration: Please RSVP so we can send you the exact location where we’ll meet by sending an email to info@imcrva.org.
This event is led by one of our community members and offered at no cost. State Parks are free on New Year’s day, so there won’t be a fee for entering the park.
Description
We will most likely do the 2.5 mile hike around “Beaver Lake.” The hike starts at the center of parking and park services, please RSVP by sending an email to info@imcrva.org to receive the exact location where we’ll meet.
We will hit the trail at 11 a.m., so be sure to be there a little early. Bring a lunch, depending on weather, we can enjoy a meal in each other’s company upon completion of the walk.
